Sales Policy
No deposit is needed to reserve an unborn kid, reservations can be made By emailing your request to us.
A email request will add you to the waiting list. you will be contacted as soon as kids arrive. No kid is reserved until money is deposited.
A $100 ( NON-REFUNDABLE ) deposit will hold the kid of your choose for 6 weeks. If you can not pick up the animal or you change your mind for any reason the deposit is NOT REFUNDED. Hot-4-Spots Farm reserves the right to retain any kid born on the farm reserved or not for any reason at any time.
All animals must be paid for in full before they leave the farm. Hot-4-Spots Herd is tested CAE negative 2015.
All animals sold are sound and healthy at the time of transfer. The purchaser has the right to request a full vet exam at their cost at the time of purchase. The request has to be made with in 1 week of pick up date. WE CAN NOT and DO NOT guarantee any animals mature out come, milk production or show ring ability, etc..
HOT - 4 Spots Farm strives for the highest quality of animal for show ring and milk production. But the out come is ultimately up to the genetics.
All kid's are disbudded , dewormed , and has had it's first set of vaccinations and is given a coccidia prevention before transferred to the purchaser.
We will NOT DisBud upon written request (via email) if the kid is paid for in full prior to 10 days old.
Hot - 4 Spots reserves the right to not sale any animal born on the farm at any time we so choose. We reserve the right to not do business with any one for any reason at any time. By entering into a purchase from Hot - 4 - Spots Farm you agree to these sale terms.
